Ok, so this one is more for the teachers of the younger students out there. But it is still really cute! Just follow this link to get started. You can put in your schools name, your classroom info. and extra instructions that will appear at the top of chart along with the students name when it is printed!
You can even print them out even if you aren't a teacher. There are a great and affordable reminder to help encourage kids to brush their teeth.
